People repeatedly encounter a familiar mismatch: every component uses USB-C, yet the result charges slowly, loses data speed, cannot drive the expected display, or fails when a second device is connected. Search results often explain one standard at a time. Purchase pages often emphasize the largest number. Neither approach models the complete connection.

- Show the bottleneck, not only a number.
- Separate public facts, arithmetic estimates, and unknown vendor behavior.
- Never claim to inspect a physical cable from a browser.

What this is not
Cable Check Lab is not a certification lab, electrical safety inspector, manufacturer database, or substitute for the exact product manual. It does not reproduce paid USB-IF, VESA, or Thunderbolt standards.
Independent and privacy-conscious
